What is the Christmas message

What is the Christmas message

The world has certainly experienced peace every Christmas since 2025. The ongoing wars and conflicts in the world are stopped. The whole world is mesmerized by the joy. Surprisingly, Christmas is celebrated with great devotion and respect in the West as well as in Muslim countries.

The prices of food and clothing are significantly reduced all over the world. Which benefits not only Christians but all people living in the world, regardless of their religion, sect and creed. This action on the occasion of Christmas shows that Christmas is not only a festival of Christians but has acquired the status of a universal cultural festival, the joy of which every person in the world enjoys and rejoices.

After knowing the history of Christmas, it was learned that Christians did not celebrate Christmas in the first and second centuries, but in these two centuries they continued to celebrate the feast of the resurrection of Christ from the dead, “Easter”. In the third century, various churches began to debate the birth of Christ, and in some places, “commemorative services” began at the end of December.

In 336 AD, the first testimony regarding Christmas was given by the Church of Rome, which declared December 25 as the “birth of Christ” for the first time in the church calendar. This is the year in which Christmas officially began. In the fourth century AD, Christianity spread throughout the Roman Empire, and Christmas began to be celebrated as a celebration throughout the century. In the fifth century, it became a religious and cultural festival for Christians throughout the Roman Empire and the world.

When the angel greeted the Virgin Mary and gave her the good news of the birth of the Messiah, the Virgin Mary accepted God’s plan. In one of his speeches, Professor Mushtaq Asad, while talking about the virtue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, said that it is not known why non-Catholics are stingy in the sanctification of the Blessed Virgin Mary, because everything that we have been hearing about the birth of the Messiah for the past two thousand and twenty-five years was told by the Blessed Virgin Mary, and which the apostles wrote as a testimony in their Gospels. Apart from this, all the writings in the Old Testament also testify to the virtue of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is because of this testimony of the Blessed Virgin Mary that Christmas is not only believed but is celebrated with full enthusiasm all over the world.

Interestingly, non-Christians and followers of other religions accept Christmas wholeheartedly, but some churches, afraid of the Catholic Church, even raise questions about Christmas. But who listens to the voice of a parrot in a choir? This is why the world is completely unaware of the fact that the so-called churches celebrate Christmas, because the world has accepted December 25 as the “birthday of Christ.”

The current Christmas is being called the Christmas of peace because the King of Peace was born on that day, due to which the world got the opportunity to become followers and preachers of a religion that teaches peace. In whose path, its own foreigners put obstacles, but despite this, Christianity continued to spread throughout the world. All the churches believe that they all came out of the universal church (the Catholic Church). Emperor Nero, Henry VIII, Napoleon Bonaparte and many other such kings claimed that they would abolish the universal church, but history is witness that the universal church (the Catholic Church) is still continuing the mission of peace of Christ throughout the world.

The universal church established schools, colleges, and universities to promote education while advancing the mission of peace. If we look at our country alone, more than 500 schools and colleges are playing their role in the promotion of education. If we look at the global level, the patrons of universities like Bologna, Paris, and Oxford were the patrons of the universal church. Philosophy, theology, and science are taught in these universities. Today's educational traditions are thanks to these institutions. Similarly, hospitals and sanatoriums were also established by monks and nuns and they made it their mission to serve in them. "Holy Mother Teresa" has gained importance in history due to her service and the whole world pays tribute to her services and salutes her greatness.

This Christmas is also certainly conditional on peace, and for this reason, during his recent visit to Turkey, the current Pope of the Universal Church, “Leo XIV,” has emphasized complete peace in Gaza in his address, that is, a peace in which there is no mystery. Although the game of horror and barbarity that was being played in Gaza for the past few years has been stopped, complete peace has not yet been established in Gaza. Therefore, the residents of Gaza want complete peace in Gaza on the coming Christmas. In this way, a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia has also become a dream now. Therefore, it is heard on the coming Christmas that there must be a ceasefire to make Christmas peaceful throughout the world.

We have to make individual efforts to make the coming Christmas peaceful. At the global level, efforts are being made to establish peace wherever the shadow of wars and unrest is looming in the world, but every person around the world is in dire need of bringing peace within themselves, because only then can we make not only our region but also the world peaceful. Therefore, it is necessary that if we truly want to join the joys of Christmas, then make Christmas a peaceful Christmas so that the whole world can get a message that the other name of peace is Christmas.
